Responsibilities
- Perform on-site evaluations of work environments, functional capabilities, equipment setups, and home conditions
- Assess clients' ability to perform daily living tasks
- Recognize obstacles to returning to work and create customized strategies to address them
- Develop, execute, and track rehabilitation plans that support successful return-to-work outcomes
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and employers to ensure lasting results
- Effectively manage a caseload remotely while fostering strong relationships with all involved parties
