Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of sampling and fieldwork plans in coordination with the Project Manager, including reviewing screening criteria for assigned projects.
- Carry out all project execution tasks such as setting up and testing study links, requesting language versions, conducting custom recruitment, configuring systems, performing quality checks, and delivering study invitations using specialized tools, while managing exclusion lists.
- Administer reminder campaigns following division-specific protocols.
- Manage incentive distribution for panel participants according to established divisional guidelines and matrices.
- Ensure all assigned projects and tasks are completed within client- or manager-defined deadlines.
- Configure or verify Dynamic Audience settings on assigned projects to ensure appropriate participant targeting.
- Respond promptly to requests from Project Managers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings (e.g., IKO/KOC) to clarify project requirements, client expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Document meeting notes and complete checklists during key discussions, then distribute them to attendees.
- Create, maintain, and monitor tailored fieldwork plans for each project as required.
- Proactively explore alternative fieldwork approaches and develop solutions to improve response rates.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of custom recruitment efforts.
- Notify the Project Manager immediately if a fieldwork approach is underperforming, timelines are at risk, or data quality issues arise, and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Design and initiate multi-channel recruitment strategies for specific projects, which may include email outreach, phone calls, data mining, SMS, and social media campaigns.
- Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to process improvements or operational decisions when requested.
- Oversee partner setup, management, and performance on qualitative and quantitative studies throughout the project lifecycle to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Maintain strong proficiency in MRS platforms, Dynamic Audience tools, email systems, and reporting features to maximize project success.
- Serve as a backup coordinator during absences and provide ongoing support to Project Managers as needed.
