RIVR is looking for a Field Technician to perform critical on-site installation, maintenance, and service work. You'll be responsible for ensuring our technical systems operate reliably in real-world environments.
What You'll Do
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of technical systems
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in the field
- Document all service activities, findings, and resolutions
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed
- Manage inventory of field tools and replacement parts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a field service or technician role
- Strong technical aptitude with mechanical and electronic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent service calls
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Austin, Texas. You'll spend most of your time at client locations and in the field.
