Celanese is hiring a Field Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer polymer processing challenges using fundamental polymer knowledge, processing skills, and practical insight.
• Independently design experiments to assess how polymer processing variables affect materials and customer products.
• Record key results and processing parameters from engagements in a standardized form and upload them to the repository.
• Understand appropriate polymer analytical testing and connect results to processing, chemistry, and customer observations.
• Interface with product teams to support new product development.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team on customer projects, keeping them updated on status and concerns.
• Help develop processing recommendations for new and existing products for customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to help the company become the preferred partner.
