Responsibilities
- Ensure Throne Units remain in proper working order through routine maintenance and servicing.
- Diagnose, locate, and resolve technical issues with Thrones at customer locations as needed.
- Manage and prioritize personal tasks and delegate assignments to fellow field service technicians.
- Read and apply electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints to support installations, fixes, and system improvements.
- Keep detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, part replacements, and inspections.
- Oversee the organization and upkeep of warehouse spaces, service vehicles, and tools.
- Ensure inventory data is current and correct within the tracking system.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in company fleet vehicles.
- Manage warehouse organization to support efficient operations and equipment access.
