Signode is hiring a Field Service Technician

About the Role

The technician will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical support for equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Install new machinery and systems at customer locations
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
  • Perform routine maintenance to extend equipment life
  • Calibrate and test equipment after repairs
  • Document service activities and parts usage
  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Train customers on proper equipment use
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support

Compensation
