About the Role
The technician will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical support for equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Responsibilities
- Install new machinery and systems at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform routine maintenance to extend equipment life
- Calibrate and test equipment after repairs
- Document service activities and parts usage
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Train customers on proper equipment use
- Maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
