Initiate system startup under warm conditions
Conduct hands-on system-level diagnostics and troubleshooting
Provide daily progress updates to internal support teams
Successfully complete internal warm qualification procedures
Instruct on system operations under cold conditions
Diagnose and resolve issues in cold environments at -20°C
Execute and pass internal cold site acceptance testing
Support site acceptance test activities
Assist the service team with preventative maintenance when available
Carry out corrective actions and repairs as needed
Supply feedback to engineering teams regarding potential system enhancements
Operate various electronic and mechanical testing tools
Submit all required documentation and expense reports promptly
Engage with customers to confirm satisfaction and apply corrective measures
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, and Manufacturing
Adhere to company ISO and Health & Safety protocols
Complete all assigned tasks within established timeframes

Frequent travel and schedule flexibility required based on business needs
Availability to work extended hours and overtime as necessary
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; frequent or constant use of minimal force for moving objects
Role primarily involves seated work with limited physical activity
