Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 on-call support to diagnose and resolve unexpected equipment failures, both remotely and in person.
- Support the deployment and optimization of current and new vapor recovery and product loading systems.
- Use expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems to troubleshoot issues using PLCs, diagnostic software, and instrumentation.
- Develop direct customer relationships, document service needs efficiently on-site, suggest system upgrades, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Operate and maintain company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles while strictly adhering to all safety standards and prioritizing personal and team safety.
