About the Role
The role involves delivering on-site service and technical support for chemical water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine field inspections and maintenance on chemical water treatment equipment
- Monitor system performance and adjust chemical dosing to meet operational goals
- Conduct water quality testing and analyze results to ensure compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical and chemical issues in treatment systems
- Maintain accurate service records and generate technical reports
- Collaborate with clients to address operational concerns and recommend improvements
- Ensure all work follows safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Install and commission new water treatment units at customer sites
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Calibrate sensors, controllers, and monitoring devices
- Provide technical training to client personnel on system operation
- Track chemical inventory and manage replenishment schedules
- Follow up on service actions to verify resolution and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Use handheld devices and software for field data entry and reporting
- Maintain familiarity with product specifications and technical documentation
- Adhere to company quality management procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Assist in pre-installation site assessments
