Responsibilities
- Carry out retrofit project activities such as installation, energizing, and commissioning for excitation controls, static starter systems, HMI updates, and TIL deployment.
- Assist in managing warranty claims and resolving technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and lead resolution efforts during and after warranty periods.
- Lead project planning, on-site scheduling, field engineering, startup, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide emergency response for urgent customer service needs.
- Complete service documentation, time reporting, invoices, and administrative tasks including mobilization and demobilization procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify change order potential, evaluate new project proposals, and present technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal business units including Gas Power and Steam Power Services teams.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- May assist in factory acceptance testing, contribute to control strategy development, design hardware and software configurations, create operator interface layouts and network designs, and release system designs for production.
Compensation
Eligible for a 10% performance bonus; geographic salary differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% applies in certain locations.

Remote role; must be based in the U.S.

- Significant travel and over-time will be expected up to 50%.
- This is a remote role and must reside in the U.S.
- This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
