Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and operational guidance to dealership service teams, fleet operators, and commercial clients
- Lead and inspire service teams to achieve improved service and parts performance aligned with corporate and industry standards
- Resolve outstanding issues impacting dealer competitiveness, customer retention, and brand loyalty
- Evaluate repair shop workflows and recommend process enhancements with a customer-centric approach
- Advise on proactive business planning strategies to improve service department outcomes
- Manage high-risk vehicle escalations flagged in Salesforce under the STAR program
- Offer on-site technical support directly within dealership facilities
- Consult on repair order documentation, service agreements, and facility compliance inspections
- Diagnose and resolve final repair challenges to ensure customer and dealer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for repair process optimization and customer-focused business development
- Serve as a manufacturer subject matter expert in litigation and buyback cases; submit required CAIR updates for all engagements
- Support engineering and corporate action groups with field-based input and requests
- Monitor and drive reduction of outstanding recalls and required service updates

- Valid Driver’s License to complete daily dealership visits
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment
