Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is looking for a Field Service Associate to join our team in Poland. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring the long-term stability and performance of BD Biosciences instruments. You’ll play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting our technical services.
What You'll Do
- Optimize customer satisfaction by solving problems and ensuring long-term stability.
- Install, uninstall, service, and provide remote and on-site support for BD Biosciences instruments in line with service level agreements.
- Perform instrument failure analysis, screening, and follow-up to continuously improve reliability.
- Prioritize, plan, and execute your activities according to defined processes and customer SLAs.
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and corrective technical support.
- Relocate and certify (IQ/OQ) instruments as required.
- Maintain an appropriate level of spare parts inventory (car stock) and personal tools.
- Comply with all quality and safety regulations.
- Document and maintain all relevant data in BD Service Management systems for accurate reporting.
- Promote service contracts by informing customers about our range of technical services.
- Establish and expand long-term customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Biomedical, Electronic, or Mechanical.
- Fluent Polish, preferred as a native language.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization.
- An efficient, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment.
- High social competence and a strong willingness to help.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a high level of commitment and personal responsibility.
- High willingness to travel throughout Poland and occasionally within the Central Europe region.
- A valid European class B driving license.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a field service engineer in high-tech medical devices or related high-technology fields.
- Good knowledge of computers, networking, electronics, precision mechanics, and ideally some initial knowledge of flow cytometry.

- Annual compensation range: zł97,600.00 - zł165,900.00 PLN.
Work Mode
This is a field-based position. Primary locations include West Poland, Greater Poland Voivodeship and Warsaw - ul. Osmanska.
