About the Role

This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers at live events, building connections, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects at industry events and networking functions
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients in person
  • Collect contact information and assess interest levels
  • Schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Deliver concise value propositions during face-to-face interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
  • Follow up with leads via email and phone after events
  • Collaborate with account executives to transition qualified leads
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Adapt messaging based on audience and event type
  • Travel locally and regionally to attend scheduled events
  • Prepare event materials and promotional assets
  • Track performance metrics in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends
  • Stay informed about product updates and competitive landscape
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all events
  • Coordinate logistics for event participation
  • Respond to inbound interest generated during events
  • Escalate technical questions to appropriate team members
  • Participate in pre- and post-event planning sessions
  • Build rapport with event organizers and partners
  • Identify new event opportunities for team participation
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies
  • Support brand visibility through consistent engagement
