About the Role
This role is responsible for growing sales by building strong relationships with retail partners, executing in-store promotions, and ensuring product availability across the territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with current retail accounts
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the region
- Conduct in-store visits to monitor product placement and inventory levels
- Collaborate with retailers to execute promotional events
- Ensure compliance with brand standards on shelves and displays
- Report sales data and account performance regularly
- Respond to retailer inquiries about product offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply issues
- Track field activities using mobile reporting tools
- Represent the brand at retail locations and industry events
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Deliver product samples and marketing materials as needed
- Support account onboarding for new retail partners
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Drive brand visibility through consistent in-market presence
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Follow up on order cycles and delivery schedules
- Assist in training retail staff on product knowledge
- Ensure pricing and promotions are correctly implemented
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
