lightspeedhq is hiring a Field Sales Representative - Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential restaurant clients and manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to final closing, with prior experience in self-generated leads being highly advantageous
  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet each prospect's unique business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales commitments align with delivery and customer expectations
  • Utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM to track and manage all sales-related activities
  • Analyze the competitive environment and strategically position the product offering in the market

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is required
  • Professional background in customer acquisition, sales closing, restaurant operations, or a related industry
  • This role requires daily travel within a designated territory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities with proven sales and negotiation skills across all levels
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing performance targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team setting
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and innovative in approach
  • General comfort and competence with software applications

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is considered an asset
