Responsibilities
- Inform potential clients about the benefits of the company's software in driving business growth, efficiency, and long-term success within a designated region.
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing new deals.
- Initiate outbound outreach to generate leads and cultivate strong connections with prospective customers.
- Use consultative sales methods to identify client challenges and present the platform as a strategic business solution.
- Collaborate with small and mid-sized businesses to evaluate compatibility and deliver measurable value.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals through consistent customer acquisition.
- Leverage market analysis, competitor intelligence, and targeted outreach to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio within the residential design and construction industry.
- Approve pricing adjustments and structure agreements independently to accelerate deal completion.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product departments to refine sales strategies, messaging, and operational effectiveness.
- Share insights with leadership on sales tools, communication approaches, and processes to enhance team outcomes.
- Support team development by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and contributing to policy implementation.
- Engage in A/B testing and roundtable discussions to improve sales methodologies.
- Adjust to shifting priorities and help shape team policies that drive performance.
- Travel regularly within the local territory for client engagements.
- Serve as a market specialist by leading in-person discovery sessions, product demos, and executive-level presentations.
- Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and in-person meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to support and execute local marketing initiatives.

Regular local travel within assigned territory required.
