Responsibilities

  • Provide direct coaching to your team to prioritize customer needs while demonstrating the platform to restaurant owners
  • Guide team members in executing effective prospecting strategies, in-person visits, and live product demonstrations
  • Spend significant time on-site supporting your team in generating interest through walk-ins and tailored outreach efforts
  • Use Salesforce to track forecasts, evaluate conversion performance, and monitor key sales representative metrics
  • Oversee achievement of new business acquisition goals for your sales team
  • Expand regional presence by growing the customer base and recruiting to strengthen the field sales team
  • Collaborate across departments including product, account management, implementation, and other internal groups
