Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support to field sales teams through customer meetings, discovery sessions, and live demonstrations, operating independently in technical customer environments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to define, design, and validate technical solutions that align with customer needs, assess requirements, uncover risks, and propose optimal implementations.
- Identify and communicate technical risks, limitations, and dependencies early in the sales process to safeguard deal value, enhance forecast reliability, and support smooth project handoffs.
- Work alongside Strategic Account Managers to support customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion by contributing technical insights during renewal and growth discussions.
- Deliver accurate and timely product and integration guidance across go-to-market teams to empower sales with confidence and speed.
- Assist in the technical execution of trade shows and industry events, including system setup and real-time troubleshooting, while maintaining a professional company presence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape to help sales teams differentiate offerings and conduct technical deep dives.
- Develop comprehensive expertise in hardware, software, APIs, and integrations to serve as a trusted technical resource internally and with clients.
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations for Tier 1 partners to support onboarding and strengthen ongoing partnerships.
- Lead technical responses for RFPs and RFIs by coordinating inputs from Product, Security, Legal, and other departments, setting timelines, and ensuring submission accuracy.
- Maintain reliable, current, and realistic demo stations and demo accounts that reflect actual customer use cases.
- Coordinate closely with Implementation and Professional Services teams before and after deal closure to ensure successful onboarding and project outcomes.
- Maintain strong alignment with regional sales leadership to stay synchronized on priorities, deal strategies, and local market needs.
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams, participate in design discussions, support roadmap understanding, and collaborate with Product Marketing on launches and messaging.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and timely documentation of customer requirements and technical decisions to support internal reporting and knowledge continuity.
