Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement end-to-end enablement strategies emphasizing prospecting, territory planning, solution-based selling, and closing techniques.
- Design and lead onboarding initiatives and skill-building workshops for field sales representatives using interactive methods such as role-playing, simulations, and field coaching.
- Produce high-value training materials including playbooks, pitch templates, objection-handling resources, demo scripts, and conversation guides to standardize selling practices.
- Align with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional sales leaders to ensure consistent messaging and go-to-market execution across markets and customer segments.
- Deliver personalized coaching to field sales professionals to improve prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management, including real-time feedback after customer engagements.
- Develop and manage certification programs and competency models to uphold adherence to sales methodologies and performance benchmarks.
