Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust and supporting sustained client engagement
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and proactively communicate market insights and competitive dynamics to leadership
- Anticipate operational challenges and align solutions with measurable outcomes to demonstrate ongoing value
- Convert field requirements into clear technical directives for development teams to ensure product relevance to mission objectives
- Coordinate delivery timelines with contractual obligations, customer operations schedules, and training exercises to maintain progress
- Detect potential risks early and independently address execution issues, escalating only with proposed resolution strategies
