Responsibilities
- Communicate organizational values and core principles across all levels of field operations.
- Foster a culture that prioritizes high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in field execution.
- Advocate for and implement company-wide quality standards and operational procedures.
- Create and refine operational guidelines to enhance safety, productivity, and financial performance.
- Engage in or lead initiatives focused on resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators and formulate strategies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project execution plans.
- Oversee budget management and coordinate material logistics to maintain fully resourced operations.
- Define, communicate, and assess progress toward field-level objectives and performance benchmarks.
- Address and resolve all operational issues arising within field office environments.
- Coordinate with project leadership on compensation, allowances, and payment processing.
- Design and deploy standardized best practices and tools to boost operational efficiency.
- Optimize administrative, functional, and operational workflows in field offices while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to build workforce plans detailing labor, supervision, equipment, and training aligned with SMART goals.
- Monitor and control field office expenditures within assigned financial limits.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required field reports.
- Maintain an equipment accountability system organized by supervisory responsibility.
- Manage human resources processes including hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations, and salary discussions.
- Participate in root cause analyses and ensure resolution of identified corrective actions.
- Conduct regular performance feedback sessions and career development conversations.
- Complete employee evaluations and process personnel actions such as ESRs, wage adjustments, and staffing requests.
- Assess, train, mentor, and supervise all field leadership personnel.
- Perform performance reviews for direct subordinates.
- Provide cross-training opportunities enabling staff mobility across industrial, civil, power, oil and gas sectors.

Location & Travel Details
You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renew able projects. This position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to jobs sites. A vehicle allowance will be provided. When travel is required, meals and lodging will be covered on a corporate expense card.
