Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the EMEA field marketing strategy with quarterly planning for events, webinars, and integrated campaigns tied to pipeline objectives.
- Oversee full lifecycle event execution including venue and vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, promotion, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams in EMEA to identify target accounts and create event-driven strategies that generate measurable pipeline impact.
- Work closely with marketing teams across product, brand, creative, demand generation, and analytics to develop event-related content and regional marketing materials.
- Lead internal communications and enablement efforts for field programs, including sales training, event staff preparation, and post-event reviews.
- Manage the EMEA field marketing budget on a quarterly basis, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of expenditures.
- Evaluate program success using key metrics such as attendance, engagement, and return on investment, and apply findings to optimize future initiatives.
- Explore and pilot new marketing opportunities within priority industries, customer segments, and buyer personas.
