Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers during community events, home shows, fairs, and similar venues
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to schedule residential appointments
- Adhere to professional appearance and dress code standards
- Demonstrate a consistently positive demeanor in all work environments
- Stay informed on current product offerings and promotional campaigns
- Maintain reliable attendance and consistent availability
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks professionally
- Coordinate and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team
- Support event logistics by assisting with booth setup and takedown
- Engage in company culture initiatives and contribute to internal social platforms
- Operate mobile technology for accurate data entry and reporting
Benefits
- Base hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $19.00, in addition to commission earnings
- Top performers may earn up to $19 per hour plus weekly commissions between $750 and $1,500 or more
