Responsibilities
- Train and mentor new farm managers to enhance performance and leadership capabilities
- Ensure adherence to animal welfare standards and environmental regulations through practical solutions
- Manage procurement of veterinary medications and coordinate with licensed veterinarians
- Enforce biosecurity protocols and develop action plans to prevent disease introduction
- Support cost control initiatives related to feed, labor, and operational supplies
- Maintain precise livestock inventory and data accuracy for reporting purposes
- Lead and supervise the execution of special operational projects
- Propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in production operations
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager
