Responsibilities
- Identify and rank industry events such as conferences and tradeshows based on alignment with target customer profiles and revenue targets, maintaining a 12-month forward-looking event schedule.
- Secure and manage agreements with event organizers, venues, and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms for sponsorships, booth placements, speaking opportunities, and additional benefits.
- Lead full-cycle event execution, including booth design, logistics, promotional materials, lead tracking tools, audiovisual needs, travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site catering.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative at each event, responsible for setup, breakdown, real-time problem solving, and ensuring a polished, professional presence throughout.
- Prepare internal teams for events by communicating goals, key messaging, target accounts, and logistical details to ensure coordinated and effective participation.
- Collaborate with sales to schedule pre-event meetings, host customer gatherings, and ensure all generated leads are properly captured, qualified, and followed up promptly.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, digital ads, social media, and landing pages to boost attendance and meeting volume.
- Oversee event-related budgets across the annual calendar, tracking expenses, forecasting future needs, identifying financial risks, and adjusting spending based on shifting priorities.
- Establish measurable KPIs for each event—such as leads, meetings, pipeline value, and return on investment—and produce clear post-event reports to guide future improvements.
