Responsibilities
- Detect, record, and monitor software and hardware faults in coordination with engineering for resolution.
- Set up, manage, and retrieve robots in real-world environments, offering immediate technical support when needed.
- Perform paid delivery tasks, acting as the main operator and liaison for businesses and recipients.
- Supply insights on product features, system performance, and operational challenges.
- Improve field procedures to enhance safety, effectiveness, and growth potential.
- Ensure robots are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for active deployment.
- Support software testing efforts, including automation tasks and performance data review.
