Tasks Technical Support: - Deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries about vision systems, CMOS image sensors, FPGAs, and imaging SoCs. - Support customers through system integration, diagnostic processes, and performance enhancement of imaging solutions. - Execute both on-site and virtual technical training programs for customers and strategic partners. Application Development: - Partner with clients to comprehend their specific application requirements and design personalized solutions. - Collaborate in conceptualizing, constructing, and validating custom applications and technological solutions. - Offer technical consultation and support during evaluation and implementation stages. Product Expertise: - Maintain comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including intricate technical specifications, distinctive features, and unique benefits. - Continuously monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive product landscapes. - Function as a critical technical intermediary connecting customers, sales teams, and solution development groups. Customer Engagement: - Establish and nurture robust relationships with primary customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels. - Implement consistent client follow-ups to guarantee successful implementation and address ongoing technical challenges. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive solution development and continuous improvement. Sales Support: - Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify emerging opportunities, providing sophisticated technical insights during sales processes. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase product capabilities. - Create and deliver sophisticated technical presentations and interactive demonstrations for prospective clients. Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum five years of experience in field applications engineering or comparable roles, specializing in vision systems. - Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with CMOS image sensors, FPGAs, and imaging SoCs. - Advanced problem-solving capabilities with ability to diagnose complex technical challenges. - Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Self-motivated professional comfortable operating independently in remote environments. - Flexibility for travel throughout North America as needed.
