Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and training to customers in Japan on Hamilton Company's automated liquid handling platforms and related products
- Conducting on-site and remote customer support
- Engaging in application development
- Troubleshooting product issues
- Delivering training to ensure optimal use of Hamilton products
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption
Additional Information
- Extensive travel throughout Japan required
- Occasional international travel may be required
