Responsibilities
- Assist customers and partners during product evaluation, integration, development, testing, and production phases.
- Offer technical guidance on embedded firmware and SDK integration, Bluetooth connectivity, audio features, and connected device behavior.
- Reproduce, debug, document, and escalate customer issues within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support customer discussions, design-in activities, and new business opportunities.
- Manage customer samples, collect technical feedback, and share insights with internal product and engineering teams.
- Review and support customer-facing technical documentation, integration guides, specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts as needed.
- Travel for on-site customer support when required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jieli / JLI, Qualcomm, Bluetrum, or similar chipset platforms.
- Experience with hardware debugging tools, protocol analyzers, or simulation tools.
- Experience with mobile app or mobile application integration.
- Background in consumer electronics, audio devices, semiconductor platforms, or Shenzhen-based hardware supply chains.
