Field AI is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive our internal talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will focus on supporting our operations and business teams, partnering directly with leadership to build a high-performing organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles across our internal operations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a technology or AI-focused company
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for both technical and business roles
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, tools, and employment law
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
