Responsibilities
- Identify potential restaurant clients in Luxembourg and lead the complete sales process, from cold outreach and in-person visits to finalizing deals; prior experience in self-sourced sales is highly valued
- Deliver product presentations remotely or in person, and customize solutions to align with each prospect’s unique operational needs
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding and delivery, honoring commitments made during negotiations
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progression, and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Analyze local market dynamics and competition to position the company as the top choice for restaurant management and POS systems in Luxembourg
