Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of five years of professional project management experience on federal government projects, including work in heavy civil, infrastructure, energy, utility, or comparable sectors.
- Proven experience managing projects for federal agencies, particularly USACE and/or NAVFAC.
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS, and familiarity with agency-specific procedures.
- Excellent communication abilities, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capabilities.
- Skilled at working collaboratively with construction teams and a variety of project stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to job sites when required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; prior use of Primavera P6 scheduling software is a plus.
