Job Summary
This role is the critical bridge between business vision and technical execution. You'll work closely with stakeholders and tech teams to craft solutions that transform complex business initiatives into reality. Think of yourself as a technical translator and strategic architect who not only understands system-level technology but can devise solutions that precisely match business objectives. Your focus? Elevating solution design, streamlining development processes, and implementing CI/CD pipelines that deliver meaningful impact. You'll drive technology delivery across business lines with significant autonomy and minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions for development teams.
•Design solution architecture and create detailed architecture diagrams.
•Works closely with cross-functional and external teams to resolve dependencies and provide technical clarifications.
•Guide development teams by providing technical direction and ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
•Mentors others, works in dotted line and with cross functional teams, Farmers employers, contractors.
Requirements
•Overall, 10 years of experience as a solutions engineer working with Architecture for Angular/ Java / NodeJS (MUST)
•Mobile applications (Swift and Kotlin) Desirable
•Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design principles.
•Experience with native mobile application development (iOS, Android) is a plus.
•Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration best practices.
•Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus).
Skills
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
•Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban). (preferred)
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
