Capgemini is looking for an FBS Product Owner to take the lead in product development by following Agile principles. You will manage the team backlog, prioritize needs, oversee development stages, and act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, end users, and the Agile team, ensuring the final product aligns with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage team backlog items and prioritize based on business value.
- Outline dependencies and inform stakeholders of the necessary sequence of development.
- Hold a significant role in quality control and be the primary team member empowered to accept stories as done.
- Act as the primary communicator and connection between stakeholders, end users, and teams.
- Ensure collaboration from all stakeholders on decisions and strategy, providing clear instructions for developers.
- Take ownership for each stage of the process and final product to ensure alignment with goals.
- Provide ongoing refinement of the team backlog, coordinate dependencies, and manage inspection of product progress.
- Participate in PO and/or ART sync meetings and the system demo.
- Participate in the Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshop to define and implement improvement stories.
- Partner with the business owner to understand needs, manage scope, and add/eliminate user stories.
- Communicate requirements to the Agile Team in a clear and collaborative manner.
- Regularly interact closely with the Product Manager to discuss goals and vision.
- Be heavily involved in Program Increment (PI) planning, story definition, and assist with story estimates and sequencing.
- Oversee the development of the product to include planning, refinement, review, and execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and organize steps required for the next iteration.
- Participate in ceremonies within the team to coordinate efforts and refine the process.
- Continuously keep the end-user needs in mind to ensure the solution meets expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year in an Agile environment or 2+ years of experience in a project environment.
- Fluent English.
- SAFe Product Owner Certification.

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Rally Dev Intake/Mgmt tool.
- Office Suite.
- Figma (UX collaboration).
