Responsibilities
- Operate different types of tractors, machinery, equipment and tools
- Performing manual labour to assist in all areas required for our cattle operation including, but not limited to; processing, handling, deliveries, feeding, issue identification, medication administration, etc.
- Maintain communications with management and other workers for reporting and day to day operational functions
- Clean housing areas of animals
- Fixing and maintaining equipment, machinery and fences
- Must adhere to all health and safety policies and practices
- Opportunities for growth and training development
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must adhere to all health and safety policies and practices
- Other duties as required
Nice to Have
- Cattle experience is preferred
- Tractor driving experience preferred
- Basic farm knowledge, usually obtained from working on a family farm
