Responsibilities
- Set rooms each evening for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure that meeting rooms not in use are set up to company standards and available for client show rounds.
- Maintain all meeting rooms, staff offices, and common areas at the highest level of cleanliness.
- Clean and re-stock washrooms daily.
- Carry out deep-cleaning duties within the venue as per the schedule provided by the Facilities Supervisor.
- Ensure all waste removal is carried out according to Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain stocks of cleaning materials by updating stock sheets.
- Store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas.
- Carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety regulations and company best practice.
- Be available for staff briefings and company events, including attendance at company functions.
- Be available for weekend work where necessary.
- Undertake any reasonable requests for ad hoc duties by the venue team.
Requirements
- Candidates must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
