Sprout Social is looking for a professional to use our platform to manage Facebook Pages and Messenger conversations. In this role, you will plan and publish content, manage audience engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts for Facebook using a centralized content calendar and creative tools.
- Manage comments, wall posts, Reviews, and Messenger conversations via a unified inbox and social CRM tools.
- Gather paid and organic insights to measure fan growth, analyze engagement, and track post performance.
- Draft posts for one or many Pages, upload videos or reels, attach images, apply targeting, and add tags.
- Review and manage Facebook content from a central publishing calendar, filtering by tag, profile, and date.
- Collaborate using built-in approval workflows for legal, compliance, agency, or peer review.
- Manage the social inbox as a team to prevent duplication, mark tasks complete, view audit trails, and track progress.
- Streamline Page management with message tagging, task routing, and real-time status updates.
- Organize teams and Pages to fit needs, suitable for agencies, multi-location, or global businesses.
- Simplify Page and Messenger management by bringing all messages into one filterable stream via the Smart Inbox.
- Personalize engagement using a social CRM with conversation history, customer records, and team notes.
- Manage Facebook Reviews within the Smart Inbox to handle online reputation.
- Visualize Facebook Page data including impressions, fan growth, and content behavior with charts.
- Analyze Facebook Insights data on the post level, including dark posts, to track performance.
- Track fundamental Facebook metrics to compare and benchmark Page performance against competitors.
