Responsibilities
- Mange the end-to-end process for writing and editing marketing and business development collateral, and actioning stakeholder reviews and feedback. Collateral will include brochures, flyers, capability statements and credentials.
- Translate complex, technical or specialist subject matter into clear, engaging and client‑ready copy.
- Apply established brand, tone of voice and messaging guidelines across all written outputs.
- Work across a wide range of subject matter areas, demonstrating agility and confidence adapting to new content.
- Manage multiple pieces of work concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- Meet tight turnaround times, including fixed print and production deadlines, ensuring that relevant reviews have been carried out ahead of being sent to print.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design stakeholders to ensure copy integrates seamlessly into designed materials.
- Where required, assist with proposal drafting by preparing or refining defined sections based on provided briefs and source material.
