Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events
- Support onboarding for newly acquired clients
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Align sales strategies with company goals
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads promptly
- Educate prospects on platform capabilities and benefits
- Coordinate demos and proof-of-concept presentations
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Work closely with customer success teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
- Adapt communication style to different client types
- Contribute to sales process improvements
