Responsibilities
- Engage in rotational assignments across departments at the PLT facility to learn plant technologies, equipment, and operational workflows.
- Gain foundational knowledge of rubber production methods, material movement, and component integration within manufacturing.
- Complete shopfloor assignments, including participation in shift schedules, to understand frontline operations.
- Contribute to engineering and production improvement initiatives at the plant level.
- Rotate through various functional areas to observe and understand cross-departmental coordination.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with fellow trainees across the centralized trainee group.
- Support corporate-level initiatives in engineering, research and development, and business functions.
- Follow a structured curriculum to build technical expertise, process understanding, and familiarity with tire manufacturing operations.
- Develop connections with corporate teams and international trainees to broaden organizational insight.
- Participate in strategic projects spanning manufacturing innovation, R&D, and business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Introduction to technologies and machines in PLT Plant - department rotation, a deeper introduction to plant operation
- Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow and Components in order to gain in-depth operational knowledge about the production process

- Rotations to other departments in order to get an insight into the collaboration of all departments
- Establish and maintain a network throughout the plant Trainee pool in central
- Central projects (Manufacturing/Engineering, R&D, business perspective)
- Fulfil central training plan in order to gain technical knowledge, competencies and capabilities in the processes of the manufacturing environment and to develop an understanding of the tire business and structure
- Establish and maintain a network with the central departments and international trainees
- Central projects (Manufacturing/Engineering, R&D, business perspective)

- Shift work is part of the shopfloor experience
- Department rotations are included to understand interdepartmental collaboration
- Trainee will participate in both plant-level and central-level projects
