The Expert Detailing Representative (EDR) will engage healthcare providers (HCPs) in Senegal and Ivory Coast to promote key pharmaceutical brands using scientific and clinical information. This contract role is with IQVIA Digital, Inc., a global leader in Consumer Healthcare, focusing on digital engagement and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct expert detailing sessions with HCPs using scientific and clinical information.
- Engage HCPs across multiple channels (face-to-face, remote, email, webinars).
- Support digital platform onboarding and encourage participation in CME activities.
- Drive advocacy, recommendation, and product awareness within your territory.
- Maintain strong HCP relationships and distribute medical samples where applicable.
- Track and deliver territory KPIs and provide insights on market trends.
- Organise and support educational meetings and ensure full compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in French for HCP interactions.
- 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools/CRM systems (e.g., Veeva).
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work legally in Senegal / Ivory Coast.
