Responsibilities
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret relevant materials such as medical, financial, tax, employment, and other case-related documents
- Create detailed timelines and summaries of medical records
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness documentation
- Collect and assemble evidence through review of records, discovery materials, transcripts, and research databases
- Maintain and organize case files and electronic documentation
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal support teams
- Monitor and manage court schedules and deadlines
- Produce case status updates, logs, and document indexes
- Communicate formally and informally with clients and external legal representatives
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents
- Investigate and assess case-specific issues, including medical facts and scholarly literature
- Interact with expert witnesses, evaluate credentials, and analyze prior testimony and publications
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Compensation
The posted compensation range for this position is negotiable dependent upon experience level.
