Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Experienced Freelance Recruiter to identify and connect talent with companies. In this remote role based in France, you will be central to sourcing talent for a global consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Identify, source, and engage candidates through various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
- Willingness to work in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a global team.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
