Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site support at two client locations in Warminster and Newtown, PA.
- Build and sustain positive connections between the company and client contacts.
- Establish and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
- Conduct educational and training sessions for individuals and groups on injury and illness prevention.
- Provide on-site care and management for both work-related and non-work-related issues.
- Stay updated with OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
- Understand, implement, and follow the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
- Offer services such as Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments, or Clinical Solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed and timely reports for all completed services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using the company's designated web-based system.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards specific to each worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
