Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site services at a designated location in Port St. Lucie, WA.
- Build and sustain positive professional relationships with client representatives.
- Establish rapport with client staff through consistent and respectful interaction.
- Conduct educational sessions for individuals and groups on preventing injuries and illnesses.
- Offer immediate care and management for work-related and personal discomforts on site.
- Stay current with OSHA health and safety regulations and comply with First Aid standards.
- Follow all procedures within the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program framework.
- Perform services such as functional employment testing, return-to-work evaluations, ergonomic assessments (on-site, virtual, office, vehicle), or clinical interventions as needed.
- Submit detailed and prompt reports for all completed service activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping using the company’s web-based documentation platform.
- Comply with all applicable safety protocols, worksite procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold company policies, operational practices, and government regulations consistently.
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required.

- One-time retention bonus of $500 after one year of employment
- Average weekly commitment of 11 hours on site
- Scheduled for three days per week
- Shift availability limited to Monday through Friday, first shift
- On-site hours may fluctuate according to client contract terms
