Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site support at a designated worksite in Augusta, Georgia.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships between the organization and client representatives.
- Establish rapport with client staff through proactive and professional engagement.
- Conduct educational sessions and training programs aimed at preventing workplace injuries and health issues.
- Offer immediate care and management for work-related and personal physical discomforts on site.
- Stay current with OSHA safety regulations and comply with OSHA first aid protocols.
- Follow all procedures and protocols of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) initiative.
- Perform Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work or Stay at Work evaluations, Ergonomic Assessments (onsite, virtual, office, or vehicle-based), or Clinical Support services as needed by the client.
- Submit detailed and timely documentation for all services rendered.
- Record all client interactions and service outcomes accurately and promptly using the organization’s web-based platform.
- Comply with all site-specific safety rules, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold internal company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or client needs.

- Average weekly on-site commitment is 7 hours, scheduled over 2 to 3 days
