Briotix Health is hiring an Exercise Science / Exercise Physiologist / Kinesiologist / Athletic Trainer -Ergonomics Industrial Injury Prevention (ATC, OT, PT, CEAS)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site services across multiple locations in Greater Los Angeles and Long Beach, CA.
  • Build and sustain positive connections between the company and client contacts.
  • Develop and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
  • Conduct educational sessions and training for individuals and groups to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide on-site care and management for work and non-work-related discomforts.
  • Stay updated with OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to established OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
  • Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
  • Conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments (including on-site, virtual, office, and vehicle), or Clinical Solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare detailed and timely reports for each service completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using the company’s designated web-based system.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards specific to each worksite.
  • Adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
