Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site services at a single client location in Bozeman, MT.
- Build and sustain positive connections between the company and client contacts.
- Establish and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees.
- Conduct education and training sessions for individuals and groups on injury and illness prevention.
- Provide on-site care and management for work-related and non-work-related discomforts.
- Stay updated on OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to established OSHA First Aid standards.
- Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
- Offer Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments, or Clinical Solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed and timely reports for all completed services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using the designated web-based system.
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for each worksite.
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation
hourly rate negotiable based on credentials and experience

- 1 Year Bonus: $500
- Average of 7 hours per week, on-site, 2 days per week
- Monday - Friday rotating AM and PM coverage, between hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm
- On-site hours may vary based on contractual client expectations
