Responsibilities
- Champion and reinforce organizational values centered on Mission First, People Always through consistent daily actions and choices.
- Track and analyze critical hiring metrics to detect and address inefficiencies in recruitment processes.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for staff and leadership roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee onboarding logistics for new staff and management during their initial week of employment.
- Ensure new employees have all necessary resources on day one, including IT equipment and welcome materials.
- Perform monthly audits of I-9 documentation to maintain compliance.
- Monitor employees holding Employment Authorization documents to ensure timely renewals and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct follow-up check-ins with new hires at one week, 30 days, and 90 days post-start date.
- Complete additional tasks and assignments as requested.
