Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Executive Search strategy for C-level, managers and niche expert roles.
- Create internal standards, frameworks, and methodologies tailored to leadership hiring.
- Introduce industry best practices across search/mapping, candidate pipeline, assessment, and offer stages.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-potential leadership candidates for future hiring needs across Social Discovery Group.
- Mapping market talent for critical managerial roles and tracking key profiles even outside of active hiring cycles.
- Develop and promote a strong external leadership brand of Social Discovery Group among managerial talent in the market, while shaping a compelling EVP that resonates with current and future leaders.
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Executive Search recruiters.
- Set and manage KPIs, SLAs, and performance review processes.
- Foster a high-expertise, high-impact team culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder, C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Lead confidential and mission-critical hiring projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and process.
- Develop and implement deep assessment tools: competency interviews, leadership potential evaluation, motivation analysis, and cultural fit.
- Design and implement an end-to-end Executive Search process (from intake to onboarding).
- Drive automation and digitalization through ATS/CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Standardize processes.
- Build a robust analytics framework.
- Deliver regular executive-level reporting and market insights to C-Level.
- Monitor and report on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Strengthen the executive talent brand and employer value proposition (EVP) at the leadership level.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Search, including C-level roles.
- Proven experience in international Executive Search.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team leadership, hiring and onboarding recruiters, and regular one-on-one meetings.
- Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in building and implementing Executive Search processes and technologies within a company, including standardization of approaches, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to work with metrics, analytics, and reporting.
